Without a doubt, Miroslava Duma is currently my favorite Russian Fashion Hipster. She's actually the only Rufaster (Russian Fashion Hipster) in the running, but even if there were others, she would still win. She's not afraid to wear head jewelry and wear 6 inch tranny heels in the rain. She wins by a landslide.
