I believe that leggings are not, and never should, be worn as pants. I like to pretend like I know what's going on in the fashion world, just like a million other 20 something girls.

A Summer High Rise
After much searching, I have finally found a pair of high rise shorts that are actually flattering. Just like with any jeans, you have to try on about 54 pairs to find the right one.
