Shorts and Tights

I feel like I am about to step in some iffy territory, but I will type on. I think that, when done right, shorts and tights are completely acceptable and adorable. Did I say anything about norts and leggings? NO.  Did I say anything about Uggs and shorts? NO. I said neither. Your shorts need to cover all of your "parts", that means they are long enough to stand on their own. Also remember my mother's rule, if you're going to tempts the mens with your lower half, you have to keep it classy on the top half. If you do shorts and tights, pair it with a button up or classy sweater. This message in not endorsing norts, Uggs with shorts,  or leggings as pants.
